CPP Youth: Paa Kwesi Nduom is not popular in Ashanti Region
The Youth for Nduom 2012 Exploratory Committee has revealed that the presidential hopeful of the Conventions People’s Party, (CPP) Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom is not popular among electorates in the Ashanti Region.
The committee was launched in Accra last month to ascertain Dr. Nduom’s viability as a candidate for president in the 2012 elections.
According to the committee, results in the Central and Western Regions were positive in favour of Dr. Nduom; however, those from the Ashanti Region indicated that the former presidential candidate of the CPP is unpopular in the region.
Speaking to Citi News, spokesperson for the Youth for Nduom 2012 Exploratory Committee, Nii Armah noted that their checks have also revealed that Dr Nduom’s has a good chance of becoming President if some conditions of the electorate are met.
“In the Ashanti Region they seem to know him only as the former flagbearer of CPP, some people do not even know that he has been a Minister of State before. This is a good indicator for Dr Nduom because it would serve as an advice to him to intensify his campaign activities in the Region.
“When we come to the people’s assessment of him as a President, they all assess him very good and people are willing to vote for him based on some conditions which include, them seeing a vibrant CPP in the upcoming elections.
“They (electorate) say Dr Nduom is a very fine gentleman, they admire the way he talks and they think he can be a better President given the options they have available now”.

Interestingly I am not a politician but 1st National Savings & Loans
Ltd covered my signboard and broke my signpost too and all efforts to
resolve the issue amicably has been unyielding inspite of the numerous
phone calls, emails and letters sent to the directors & managers.
Thats how far some cooperate bodies can go bullying others.I have
considered taking legal action if this issue is not resolved, hence am
appealing to Dr Nduom (Director of 1st National Savings and Loans Ltd)
through this medium since all efforts to reach him has been unyielding.
