The embattled Assin North Member of Parliament, Kennedy Agyapong, is back in court and fresh charge of terrorism is being leveled against him besides treason.
Hon. Agyapong was granted bail hours ago by a Human Rights Court with two sureties in the sum of GH¢ 200,000.
It is not likely he will be released to go home after spending three days in Bureau of National Investigations cells.
